During the lockdown we will remain open and treating patients as normal in line with the Chief Dental Officer’s advice:
"During the period of tighter restrictions practices should remain open to treat patients”
Chief Dental Officer 2nd November 2020
The way that we work has changed in line with guidance from the government and our professional bodies. To comply with social distancing all patients will be seen by appointment only, we ask all patients to attend the practice alone and with as few possessions as possible. You will be expected to be wearing a face covering and you may prefer to bring your own pen. Upon arrival please call us and a member of staff will allow you to enter the premises when the surgery is ready for you. Where possible we will try to work remotely - arranging appointments, payments (we are now cashless) and clinical questionnaires will ideally be done by phone or online.
More details of the changes will be provided when appointments are arranged.
